Maya Anglin has worked in the financial services industry for 10+ years. After graduating from Morgan State University in 2014 with a B.S in Industrial & Systems Engineering, she started her career with JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Software Engineering Analyst, holding various roles within Risk & Control, Information Architecture and Front-End Java Development. In 2019, she transitioned to the Service Product Group as a Product Owner for call-center servicing application and quickly recognized her value add having work to build, test and debug the servicing technology platforms in her previous role. After COVID, she like many millennials found herself wanting to try something new and decided to take on a VP Operations & Business Management role in JPMorgan’s Corporate Responsibility organization. In 2022, when she recognized Product is where she truly belongs, she accepted an offer from Goldman Sachs to be a Digital Product Manager, owning the Cards Management domain for the Apple Card. Most recently, she has rejoined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Product Manager in the Card Customer Satisfaction product delivery team. Maya’s diverse career background has been instrumental in her contribution to product development in each of the financial servicing institutions she has been fortunate to work with. Outside of work, Maya enjoys spending time with her husband, two toddlers and maltipoo. In addition, she is a huge foodie who enjoys visiting the most popular restaurants during her travel.
